Категория неимущих граждан, имеющая право на медицинскую помощь по программе "Медикэйд" [Medicaid]. К ней относятся т.н. работающие бедняки [working poor], которые зарабатывают лишь на уровне прожиточного минимума, недостаточного для того, чтобы оплатить медицинскую помощь.
